My First Post :)

Hey Everyone,

Thanks soo much for stopping by my new blog called: Scrapbooking Room Organization.

I absolutely love Scrapbooking Memories & Love Organization, so I thought why not combine both into one place.

My goal on this blog is to share the passion that I have for both.

HOW TO CREATE A SCRAPBOOKING ROOM:

Find a room in the house that you can use for Scrapbooking.

Start out by painting the room your absolute favorite color - something that INSPIRES you & makes you SMILE :)

Pick out some pretty curtains to go in your room. Ross has incredible deals on fun curtains & rods.

Now think about your work space. I bought the lowest grade kitchen cabinets at Lowe's. I came home & stained them. Then I dropped a premade counter top on top of the cabinets. Nothing is attached and can be moved anywhere in my house.

Shelving is next. I LOVE the stainless steel shelves at Costco. They are around $90.00 per unit and can be split into two shelves or one big shelf. They come with wheels which makes it easy for re-organizing your scrapbooking room :)

Next - what will you use to store your supplies? You can check my pictures out to see some of the things that I used for storage. The Container Store has AMAZING grids and hooks to keep your supplies in eyes view so you can see exactly what you have. They have holders to put on them for items you want to get to quickly.
